Deposits:
To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total stay at the time of booking.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposits can be made either in the form of a bank transfers, bank cheque or credit card.
Credit card payments attract a 2% bank surcharge fee.
Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be accepted with a credit card or bank transfers.
Non-commissionable surcharge applicable on December 25th (Christmas Day) and December 31st (New Years Eve) of:
NZ$430 per adult; NZ$210 per child (between ages of 12 and 18 years) including GST.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, the following policy applies:
31 or more days before arrival, No cancellation fees.
30 days or less before appearance, 100% cancellation fee per night cancelled.
Festive Season Cancellation Policy : Applicable for stays between 20th December – 6th January.
Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee for each night cancelled. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee for each night cancelled.
Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside (as per NZ Law) – may smoke outdoors.
