Forest Villa
At 132 sqm our Forest Villas are extremely private are located closest to the main lodge up a short forest track. Secluded into the forest, bird calls and nature encapsulate you. Floor to ceiling windows in the villa open up to native trees, ferns and your own outdoor sitting area. All villas have a private entrance into the open plan lounge and bedroom, with stone open fireplace, mini bar, dining table and cable TV. All villas have a King bed (or two large singles).

Rates are per room, per night, based on a twin share inclusive of Pre-dinner drink and canapés, Gourmet ‘Estate to Plate’ 5 course degustation dinning plus full gourmet breakfast utilising pesticide free produce reared from our estate and organic local produce. Use of 70 km of walking and cycling trails, waterfalls, private lake, use of kayaks and mountain bikes.

Deposits & Payment: To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total stay at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits can be made either by bank transfer or by credit card. In the event of a cancellation, the following policies apply: 31 days or more prior to arrival No cancellation fees. 30 days or less prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee per night cancelled
*For reservations between 20th December and 6th January a THREE-night minimum stay and a 60-day cancellation policy apply. 60 to 31 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee applies for each night cancelled. 30 days or less prior to arrival a 100% cancellation fee applies for each night cancelled.
All rates quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
Child Policy: All ages welcome. Children two years 11 months and younger stay free of charge. Cots are available at no extra cost. Child rate applies to children staying with their parents in the same Villa. One child per Villa in Valley and Forest Villas only, NOT in Lodge Rooms or Apartment. Owner’s Retreat children welcome.
Group Bookings: For bookings of ten or more accommodations we require a deposit of 50% of the total stay within 7 days of booking. Valley Villa
At 152 sqm, our Valley View Villas are luxuriously spacious. With French doors opening up to patios with views overlooking the Horo Bluffs and valley below, the secluded villa’s have a private entrance, separate lounge with open stone fireplace, kitchenette, mini bar, dining table and cable TV (and a sleeper sofa in two of the villas for young families, although these villas can be interconnecting to the next door villa). Master bedroom has a King bed (or two large singles).
